Terms of Service
| Document version | 2.0 |
| Effective date | 8 October 2026 |
| Supersedes | 1.1 (9 August 2026) |
| Related documents | Privacy Policy · Refund Policy |
When we change these Terms we publish a new numbered version and update the effective date. A change that alters your rights or obligations increments the whole number (2.0, 3.0); a clarification that does not increments the decimal (1.1, 1.2). Every version records what it supersedes, so you can always cite the exact version that applied on a given date. Section 6.2 explains how we notify you.
1. Who we are and what this document does
The Psychology of Mafia Offer service (the "Service") is an online tool that analyses sales presentations and pitch decks and produces a written analysis and a rebuilt version of the deck. It is available at pmoc.ai and at app.pmoc.ai.
The Service is operated by Ogenics Ltd., a private limited company registered in Israel under company number 516909900. In this document, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company; "you" and "your" mean the person or organisation using the Service. Our full company details and contact addresses are in section 16.
These Terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account, uploading a file, or paying for anything on the Service, you accept them. If you are accepting them for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" then means both you and it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data and forms part of these Terms.
2. What the Service does
You upload a presentation (.pptx or .pdf, within the file-size limit the upload page applies; it tells you if your file is too large; English-language decks only) and tell us who it is aimed at. We then:
- Score it (free, within your allowance): read the deck and produce a scorecard: an overall score, twelve scored items with the evidence on your slides, a read of how well the deck states the problem, the difference and the gain, how it opens and closes, for investor decks an investor checklist, and one top recommendation. The scorecard is ready in under two minutes.
- Rebuild it (the full package, a paid purchase, §5): produce a written analysis as a Word document, a new PowerPoint file in your deck's own design with speaker notes on every slide, a note on what changed and why, and a list of figures to verify before you present.
We only run the full package once you have bought it, so nothing is generated, and nothing is charged, for work you did not ask for. The scorecard is a first look: the full package re-reads every slide, so its scores can differ from the scorecard's by a few points, and the full analysis is the one to rely on.
The analysis is produced by software, automatically. It is not advice from a person, and §10 sets out exactly what that means and does not mean.
3. Your account
3.1 Creating an account
You create an account with an email address and a password, and you must confirm the email address before you can sign in. When you create an account you are shown, and agree to, these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly (support@pmoc.ai) if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3.2 Shared workspaces — read this before you sign up with a work email
Accounts are organisational, not personal. This has one consequence that surprises people, so we state it plainly:
- If you sign up with an address at a company domain (for example
you@acme.com) and an account already exists for that domain, you join that existing account. Everyone on the account can see every analysis on it, including the ones you upload. - If nobody from your domain has signed up yet, your signup creates the account for that domain, and the next person from your domain to sign up joins you.
- If you sign up with a personal email address (Gmail, Outlook and similar), you get an account of your own.
- We can also be asked by an account's owner to invite you onto their account by email. Accepting that invitation puts you on their account, with the same visibility.
Do not upload confidential material to a shared account unless you are content for your colleagues on that account to read it. If you need a separate, private workspace, contact us before uploading.
3.3 Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. The Service is built for businesses and the people who work in them; we do not aim it at consumers or at children, and we do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
4. Your content and who owns what
4.1 You keep your deck
You own everything you upload. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of your presentation, its text, its images or the business information in it. It is yours before you upload it and it stays yours.
4.2 The permission you give us
To run the Service at all, we need a narrow permission over the file you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, convert, render and analyse your uploaded file and the material derived from it, solely in order to provide the Service to you — that is: to store it, to send it to our AI provider for analysis (§9), to generate your report and your rebuilt deck, to show them to you, and to support you if you ask us for help.
That permission is limited in four ways that matter:
- It exists only to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your deck to market to other people, we do not publish it, and we do not sell it.
- It does not allow us to use your content to train AI models, and we do not do so. Our AI provider's position is in §9.
- It ends when the content is deleted — automatically at the retention window, or immediately when you delete it (§7).
- It does not extend to any other purpose we have not described here.
4.3 What you promise about what you upload
You confirm that you have the right to upload each file and to let us process it as described, and that doing so does not break the law or anyone else's rights (copyright, confidentiality obligations, NDAs, data-protection duties you owe to other people).
Please do not upload material you are not free to share — in particular someone else's confidential deck, or files containing sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, government-ID or similar) about other people. Our decks-in, analysis-out pipeline is not built to handle that category of data, and §9 means it would be sent to our AI provider.
4.4 Your results
The analysis, scores, report and rebuilt deck we produce for you are yours to use for your own business purposes, without restriction and without attribution to us. Where any part of them is capable of being owned by us, we assign it to you or licence it to you as broadly as the law allows, from the moment it is generated.
Two honest caveats. First, the analysis is generated from your own deck, so it is not novel independent work and its legal status as protectable material is uncertain everywhere. Second, we run the same framework for everybody, so another customer's report may well contain similar wording, structure or phrasing, and neither of you has any claim against the other or against us because of it.
4.5 The framework itself
The Psychology of Mafia Offer methodology, the scoring rubric, our software, our report templates and our branding stay ours. Receiving an analysis does not give you a licence to reproduce, resell or teach the methodology itself.
5. Free scorecards, the full package and prices
5.1 The free allowance
Signing up, uploading, and getting your scorecard is free, up to an allowance. The current default is 5 free scorecards per user. We can change that default, and we can raise or lower an individual user's allowance; the portal always shows how many you have used and how many are left.
Some detail worth knowing:
- The allowance is counted per signed-in user, and it is reserved when you start a scorecard, not when it finishes.
- If the scoring fails on our side, the allowance is given back automatically. A failure is not supposed to cost you anything.
- Deleting a scorecard does not give you the free scorecard back. The portal says so before you confirm, and §7.3 explains why.
- Accounts that use the Service through an API key rather than the web portal are outside the free-allowance system; their limits are set on the key.
When your allowance runs out, you cannot start a new scorecard. There is no self-service way to buy more: the full package in §5.3 is bought against a scorecard you have already run, not to buy the right to run another one. If you need more, ask us at support@pmoc.ai and we can raise your allowance.
5.2 What the free tier shows, and what it does not
What the free scorecard shows. All of it: every score, the evidence on your slides behind each score, the verdict and your top recommendation. What it does not include is the full package: the full analysis document, the rebuilt deck, the change note and the list of figures to verify. That content is generated only when you buy it, and until then it does not exist to be sent to your browser.
5.3 The full package
| Purchase | What it gives you | Price today |
|---|---|---|
| Full package | The full analysis (Word), your deck rebuilt in its own design with speaker notes (PowerPoint), a note on what changed and why, and a list of figures to verify | USD 100 |
Prices are set by us and can change. The price you pay is the price shown to you before you pay, and a later price change never alters what you have already bought. Prices are in US dollars and are stated exclusive of any tax that may apply; where tax is due, Paddle adds it at checkout. We may also grant a package at no charge (a trial, a support fix, a goodwill gesture). A free grant carries no obligation to repeat it.
5.4 Paying
Payments are taken through Paddle, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. That means Paddle, not us, is the seller of the package to you: Paddle takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that is due in your country, and sends you the receipt and invoice. Your contract for the underlying service is with us, on these Terms, and Paddle's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself.
You enter your card details in Paddle's payment window, not on our page; we never see or store your card number. See the Privacy Policy for what payment data reaches us.
When Paddle confirms the payment, the full package starts automatically. It usually takes about 20 minutes, and longer for a large deck. Some decks need a final check by a member of our team before we release them, which usually takes less than one business day; we email you at each step. If a payment fails, the package is not granted and no work runs.
5.5 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:
- Because Paddle is the merchant of record (§5.4), Paddle's Refund Policy governs your refund, and refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
- We add no conditions of our own. There is no set of circumstances in which we refuse a refund that Paddle's policy would otherwise allow.
- We will actively support a refund where the record shows a duplicate charge, a payment taken without the package being granted, output that never arrived or is unusable because of a fault of ours, a charge you did not authorise, or a price we got wrong. That widens what we do for you; it does not define the only cases in which a refund is available.
- If you are a consumer with a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, that right is unaffected. Paddle's policy is the authority on which window applies where you live.
If a paid package fails on our side, we retry it. If we cannot deliver it, we refund it. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
Ask us at support@pmoc.ai or ask Paddle directly using the details on your receipt; neither route is a prerequisite for the other.
6. Availability, changes and money we have already taken
6.1 We do not promise uptime
The Service is provided as it is, when it is available. We do not offer a service-level agreement, an uptime commitment, or a guaranteed response time. We may take the Service down for maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features. If we remove something you have already paid for and not yet received, we will either deliver it or refund it.
6.2 We may change these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you by email or in the portal before it takes effect and give you a reasonable chance to stop using the Service. Continuing to use it after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The version and date at the top of this document always say which version is current.
6.3 Consumer rights we cannot sign away
Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under law that cannot be removed by agreement. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this document says.
7. How long we keep your files, and deleting them
This is covered in detail in the Privacy Policy; the contractual points are here.
7.1 Automatic deletion
Your uploaded presentation, and every file we generate from it, are deleted automatically once the retention window ends. The window is configurable and is currently 30 days, measured from the moment the last stage of your analysis finished. The portal shows each analysis's expiry date, and we email you three days before anything is deleted. One exception: if you have paid for the full package and we have not yet delivered it, we keep your files until we deliver it, or refund you, so that we can finish the work you paid for.
7.2 What survives automatic deletion
Your scores stay in your history, so your account does not fill up with blank rows. Your billing records stay, because they are financial records we are required to keep. Everything else about that analysis — the deck, the report, the rebuilt file, the written assessments, the intermediate working files — is gone.
7.3 Deleting things yourself
You can delete an individual analysis, or all of your content at once, from your account at any time. Per-analysis deletion works like automatic deletion: the files go, the numbers stay. The account-level "delete all of my data" option removes the numbers too.
Neither option closes your account, and neither restores a used free analysis. Closing an account is a request to support@pmoc.ai.
7.4 Buying the full package after deletion
Once the files are gone we cannot generate anything further from them. If you want the full package for a deck whose files have been deleted, upload the deck again. That starts a new scorecard and uses one of your free scorecards, and if you have none left, you will need us to raise your allowance first (§5.1). The warning email we send three days before deletion says this, so you have time to buy the package you want before the files go.
8. Acceptable use
Use the Service for its purpose: analysing decks you are entitled to analyse. Do not:
- upload anything unlawful, malicious, or designed to attack our systems or our AI provider's;
- upload files you have no right to upload (§4.3);
- try to get at paid content without paying for it, or at anyone else's account or analyses, or probe, scan or stress the Service beyond the single request needed to demonstrate a security bug you are reporting to us (our security policy covers responsible reporting);
- create multiple accounts, or use disposable email addresses, in order to work around the free allowance or a payment;
- resell, sub-license or white-label the Service, or scrape it, or use it to build a competing product;
- use automated means to submit work beyond the documented API, or otherwise place a load on the Service that is unreasonable relative to normal use;
- misrepresent our output as human expert advice, or as our endorsement of your business, your deck or your fundraise.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first; where it is serious, ongoing, or puts other customers at risk, we may act immediately.
9. AI processing — how your deck is analysed
Your presentation, including whatever text and images are in it, is read by an AI model. There is no way to use the Service without that happening.
The model is one of Anthropic's Claude models, and it runs on Amazon Bedrock, called from our own AWS account. That arrangement is the reason the next three statements can be made:
- AWS does not store what we send the model, or what it returns. Bedrock retains neither the input nor the output, and no AWS operator can read either.
- Anthropic does not receive your presentation. AWS deploys a copy of the model into an account that the model's provider cannot access, so Anthropic sees neither the prompts, nor the results, nor the logs. Anthropic is therefore not a sub-processor of your content, and does not appear in the Privacy Policy's sub-processor table.
- Nothing you upload is used to train any model. Inputs and outputs are not shared with model providers and are not used to improve the models.
Those three statements describe AWS's published position on Bedrock rather than our own code. We check them against AWS's current published terms whenever we revise this document, and we will update this section if AWS's position changes.
Reading public web pages (full package only). To check facts your deck states, such as a market size or a competitor's claim, the full package may read public web pages. The page addresses are chosen by the model and can include words and figures from your deck. Pages are fetched by our servers from the public sites concerned, which see our server's address and the page requested. The free scorecard does not use the web.
Two things we will not overstate:
- Your deck is processed in the United States, in one of AWS's US regions. We do not promise a single named region and this is not a data-residency commitment.
- Your deck is still read by a machine we do not own, on infrastructure we do not own. If your material is too sensitive for that, it is too sensitive for this Service.
10. What the analysis is not
The output is automated analysis, not professional advice. It is generated by software applying a persuasion framework to the words and images in your file. Specifically:
- It is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, accounting advice or a recommendation to raise, invest or spend money — and we are not licensed to give any of those.
- It is not a valuation, a due-diligence report, an audit, or an opinion on whether your business, product or fundraise will succeed.
- It is not a prediction. A high score does not mean you will raise money or close a deal; a low score does not mean you will not.
- Scores are the output of a rubric applied by a language model. They are useful and repeatable enough to act on, and they are not objective measurements. Two runs of the same deck can score differently.
- The free scorecard is a first look. The full package re-reads every slide, so its scores can differ from the scorecard's by a few points. The full analysis is the one to rely on.
AI systems make mistakes. The analysis can misread a slide, miss context it was never given, state something confidently and be wrong, or produce a rebuilt deck that mangles a layout. Read what we give you, use your judgement, and check anything that matters before you put it in front of an investor or a customer. You remain responsible for your own deck and your own decisions.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms not expressly stated here — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the analysis will be accurate or complete, that the rebuilt deck will render identically in every version of PowerPoint, that the Service will meet your requirements, or that any commercial outcome will follow from using it.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for anything else that applicable law says cannot be excluded.
Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunity, lost or corrupted data, or loss of goodwill, however caused.
- We are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of the analysis, including how you present, fundraise or sell.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and (b) USD 500.
The floor in (b) is deliberate. Individual purchases here are small, so a cap set only at what you paid could amount to almost no liability at all; the floor keeps the limit meaningful rather than nominal.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time, delete your content (§7.3), and ask us to close your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. If we stop offering the Service altogether, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to download your material first.
When access ends: your right to use the Service ends immediately; your content is deleted on the normal schedule or on your request; §§4.1, 4.4, 4.5, 10, 11, 12 and 15 survive; and we keep the financial and audit records the law requires us to keep.
14. General
Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us about the Service, and replace anything said before.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
No waiver. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business, on notice to you.
No third-party rights. Nobody other than you and us can enforce these Terms.
Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control, including the failure of a provider we depend on (§9 and the sub-processor list in the Privacy Policy).
Notices. We will contact you at the email address on your account. You should contact us at support@pmoc.ai.
Language. These Terms are published in English. The portal itself is available in English and Hebrew, and we may publish a translation of this document for convenience; if a translation and the English version disagree, the English version governs.
15. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and it does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in your own local courts where the law of that country gives you that right. Where Paddle is the seller of record for a transaction (§5.4), Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to that sale.
